If you believe your order is defective or damaged, please take a photo and send it along with your order details to contact@sattvameco.in within 48 hours of receiving it. We will determine whether the item is defective and is refunded or replacement worthy. Once we receive the defective item, we will refund and this may take up to 7 business days to reflect in your bank account.
