The best quality areca leaves are picked by our sourcing team, which are then dried thoroughly and stored. The stored leaves are first cleaned thoroughly using brushes and pressure washed with fresh water. The leaf is then heat pressed for a few minutes and the plate is formed. The plate’s edges are trimmed and polished, if required and sterilized under UV light. The sterilized plates are shrink wrapped with silica gel and labels and packed in carton boxes. The carton boxes then get shipped to the ordered locations, ready to be used.
